    M43 Mountain Troops EM Bergmutze Cap

    Introduced in the early 1930’s, this style cap served as the basis for the later, M-43 design. However, it has a noticeably shorter visor and higher crown, giving it a very distinctive style. The Enlisted model is made of the fine quality field grey wool and features a correct, grey-green cotton lining, pebbled buttons painted to match the cap according to regulations, and a partial sweatband in thin, grey or brown leather that is typical of higher quality caps.  Available in sizes 56 through 61.
