Insignia Brass Hat M1851 Enlisted for Artillery Cavalry & Infantry
The M1851 Enlisted Hat Insignia is appropriate for both US and CS Enlisted Artillery, Cavalry, and Infantry troops and was used until 1872. It is made of stamped brass from the original dies and has a wire back for attaching to the hat. The insignia is about 3 1/2 inches wide and 2 inches high.
